Frizzante is an Italian technique for making semi-sparkling wine. Lomanto is colorful, intensley aeromatic, hybrid grape created by Texas viticulture legend T.V. Munson. Enoch's Frizzante omanto presents a crisp, refreshing, effervescense in a vibrant, deep purple hue with notes of sweet jam, blueberry, and blackberry. Serve well chilled.
