Texas Mourvèdre. Wildly popular in Spain and France, this dry, medium to full-bodied, red wine has similar characteristics to Cabernet Sauvignon. It is often described as rustic, herbaceous and meaty; exuding dark berry flavors with notes of black pepper and thyme. Partake in this beautifully crafted, limited edition production born in the Central Texas fields of WC Vineyards and raised in the cellars of Enoch's Stomp. Serve room temperature.
