Pink Zinfandel 2023
Sweet Texas Wine
Select for Description
In the 1970s, California winemaker Bob Trinchero ran into fermentation issues while making his Zinfandel, a traditionally bold, dry red wine. Rather than discard the whole batch, he bottled this slightly sweet, pink-hued version under the title "White Zinfandel". This new creation quickly gained popularity among wine drinkers seeking a zippier, more refreshing alternative. Honoring this artistry in winemaking, as well as the Texas palate, Enoch presents this sweet creation affectionately known as Texas "Pink Zinfandel”.
