Cabernet Franc, a red grape famous for two reasons: producing excellent wines in the Loire Valley of France, and along with Sauvignon Blanc, it is the proud parent of the wildly popular Cabernet Sauvignon. It is loved for it's red fruit characteristics, including strawberry and rasberry accentuated with hints of chili peppers, green bell pepper, and crushed gravel. Chilean grape.
