Orange Dream
(Tx Villiard Blanc '21)
The orange hue present in this wine was created using a technique typically reserved for red wines: skin contact fermentation. Whole white grapes were left to sit with their skins. This creates the orange hue, a greater body, depth of aroma, and elevation of flavor. Experience aromatics of honey, yellow apple, and orange zest with hints of baking spice, vanilla and oak. Balanced with its residual sugar, this wine pairs well with desserts such as Creme Brule, Tres Leches and Bananas Foster.
