Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine owing its original popularity to winemakers in Bordeaux and the Loire Valley, France. Now a lead grape worldwide, it offers a broad range of styles and flavors.  Cooler climates produce zesty, acidic wines dominated by mineral notes and herbaceous flavors of grass, jalapeño, and bell pepper with lesser notes of tropical fruit. In warmer climates, such as Texas, the acidity is less apparent, so floral and tropical fruit flavors prevail in the form of passion fruit, lime, peach and honeysuckle.  Serve chilled.
