Hell or High Water

Blends have the unique ability to incorporate the best characteristics of multiple grape varietals to yeild a wine whose combination is greater than the sum of its parts. After years of going through hell and high water searching, sampling and blending white grapes from an assortment of vineyards, Enoch finally found that elusive harmony in this off-dry blend. It is a complex, full bodied white wine that bursts with orchard and tropical fruit aromas nuanced with hints of white flowers, honey, ginger and nutmeg. Best enjoyed chilled.
