GSM 2019

GSM is an affectionate acronym for an extremely popular blend made famous in the southern Rhone valley of France. In homage to this tradition, Enoch presents our Texas version consisting of Grenache (29%), Syrah (42%), and Mourvedre (29%).  Expect lush dark fruits including blackberry and plum balanced with notes of savory herb, peppercorn, chocolate, sweet tobacco, and vanilla. Full body. Serve room temperature.
