Cabernet Franc TX 2019

Cabernet Franc, the parent of Cabernet Sauvignon is found in the blends of Bourdeaux, France, as well as the Meritage blends of California, the single varietal wines of the Loire Valley, and now in the vineyards of Texas. In cool climates it takes on acidic red fruit flavors. In warm climates it radiates ripe strawberry, dried fruit flavors, with floral notes and hints of tobacco and spice.  In either climate, it is notable for it's bell pepper-like flavors.   It's likely you'll either love it, or hate it. Serve room temperature.
