Dry Red Blend  -  All Y’all
Enoch’s many years of tinkering with grapes from local vineyards produced this dry red blend affectionately known as All Y’all.  Blends have the unique ability to capture the best characteristics of each included grape variety with the resulting combination being greater than the sum of its parts.  Enoch has found this to be true in his blend of 5 East Texas grown varietals:  Cabernet Sauvignon (45%), Merlot (43%), Villard Blanc (4%), Petit Verdot (4%) and Viognier (4%).  The result is an approachable yet complex, dark berry flavored, full bodied wine which remains soft, smooth and finely balanced.  Trust us - drinking this blend is easy as pie!
